Discounts for Winter Retreats!

We are excited for be offering our full weekend winter retreats again for the first time since COVID!

But as many of us know, in the current climate, prices for everything are increasing, and with that, camp's are, too.

HOWEVER, with this, we are offering MORE discounts to ensure that camp is still accessible to those who want to join us! Below are the current discounts we have, and some are only available for a limited time, so don't wait to sign-up for winter retreats, and take advantage of these discounts! And the best part is - YOU CAN USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT AT A TIME! Take a look below to find out how to use these discounts to your advantage:

Early Bird Discount

All you have to do is register before February 6th to use this discount!

How to use

Option 1 - Ticket Option

Select the camp you would like to register for at www.campmardela.org/camp-programs
On the registration page, the first ticket option should be "Early Bird Price (before Feb 6).
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
In the check-out page, complete the camper information and enter payment information

Option 2 - Discount Code

Select the camp you would like to register for at www.campmardela.org/camp-programs
On the registration page, click "View more price options" and select
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
In the check-out page, in the right-hand corner, enter the discount code "EB" to get $10 off of the registration fee
Complete the camper information and enter payment information

Bring a Friend Discount

If you plan to come to camp with a friend or relative, use this discount so you can BOTH get $10 off of registration!

How to use - Discount Code

Select the camp you would like to register for at www.campmardela.org/camp-programs
On the registration page in the "View more price options", select "Full Price (after Feb 6)
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
In the check-out page, in the right-hand corner, enter the discount code "BAF" to get $10 off of the registration fee
In the check-out page, in the "Ticket Details", under "(If bringing a friend discount) Name of Friend", list your friend
Enter remaining information and payment information

Important Notes

This is not necessarily a roommate request. That means your friend can be of the opposite gender for the purposes of this discount, and you can request another roommate specifically.

Church Pays Half

If you attend an affiliated Church of the Brethren (see list at www.campmardela.org/about) our church scholarship fund will cover half of the full-price amount!

On the registration page in the "View more price options", select "Church Pays Half"
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
In the check-out page, in the "Ticket Details", under "(If church paying half) Home Church", list your church
Enter remaining information and payment information

Important Notes

If you do not attend a listed affiliated church, but your church has agreed to help with camp payment, list that church so we know to expect payment from them.

Camper Scholarship

If you need additional support to attend camp, we also have a general scholarship fund that can help support families that need it. These funds are not guaranteed and require an application that can be found at www.campmardela.org/camp-scholarships.

How to use - Ticket Option

On the registration page in the "View more price options", select "Registration Fee Only"
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
In the check-out page, in the "Ticket Details", under "(If seeking camper scholarship) Did you submit a Scholarship Application?...", select "Yes"
Enter remaining information and payment information

Important Notes

Make sure your application is either emailed to campmardela@gmail.com or mailed to P.O. Box 460, Denton, MD 21629 on the day of camp registration
This option cannot be combined with other discounts. In most cases, we will have the funds to cover the full price after registration fee, so no need to worry about additional discounts.

Applying Multiple Discounts

In this system, you can only apply one discount code per registration (except camp scholarship)

How to use - Registration Fee Only - Apply Discounts in Ticket Details

Select the camp you would like to register for at www.campmardela.org/camp-programs
On the registration page in the "View more price options", select "Registration Fee Only"
Select the amount of campers you will register and click "Check Out"
If the "Early Bird" discount applies, enter the coupon code "EB" in the top right-hand corner
In the check-out page, in the "Ticket Details", under the discounts requiring additional information, fill out the relevant information
Enter remaining information and payment information. The discounts completed in the "Ticket Details" will be added to your remaining invoice to be paid prior to the start of camp, which will be sent via email and mail

Important Note

All discounts will be verified. If it is discovered that a discount was applied in error or fraudulently, that amount will be added back to your remaining invoice.
