There are many people who make camp possible, but our most valuable asset is our summer staff who help keep camp clean, feed our campers, and keep them safe and healthy. Applications for summer 2025 staff are due April 30th, 2025.

Contract dates will run from June 10-August 5. This contract period includes staff training and camp prep before the summer season for training, as well as camp clean up, and hosting camp rental groups as well. Click HERE for more information about training.

Base Summer Staff Salary - $400 per week.

Base Hourly Staff Salary - $14 per hour (part-time only)

Base Retreat Staff Salary - $200 per weekend

 

Increases to base salary are determined by the nature of the job, appropriate certifications, experience, and years on staff at Camp Mardela. All positions can also be available as part-time position if needed. Food and lodging is included.
