CAMP AUCTION
April 12th, 2025: 8am-1pm
Find unique items for sale to support Camp Mardela at our fundraising auction. Breakfast and browse will start at 8am with bidding starting at 9am. The auction will continue until 1pm or until all items are sold! There will be a live auction, a silent auction, and a food stand/bake sale provided by camp volunteers. The camp auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are looking forward to seeing you all here to enjoy a fun-filled day.
We will also have an online with unique items after the auction for anyone who was not able to attend, but wanted to support.
You can also donate items to be sold at the auction.
AUCTION DONATIONS
You can't have an auction without items to sell! We are accepting donations for this year's auction. Here's what we're looking for:

Gift cards, tickets, or vouchers

Good-quality antiques

Homemade items
-
Gently-used, good condition items

Baked goods
Items can be dropped off on Thursdays between 9am-3pm, or other times as scheduled with the Camp Administrator.
We will not be accepting furniture, heavily-used items, or anything with a value less than $5. We may, however, still accept these items for our yard sale, which will be held May 17th, 2025. Click here for more information on that event.
f you want your items featured in the auction booklet, we MUST have them by March 19th, 2025.
2025 ADS & SPONSORSHIPS
Support the auction before the bidding even begins! Place an ad or become an auction sponsor. Ad prices range from $40-$150 with color AND black & white options.
Become a sponsor and give anywhere from $1 to $1,000 and have your name or a specialized message printed in the auction booklet.
ALL ads & sponsorships will be featured on this page as well.
Deadline for ads & sponsorships is March 19th, 2025. Use the links below to place your ad or sponsorship. Or, download the paper form here and mail to P.O. Box 460, Denton, MD 21629 with payment.
ONLINE AUCTION

The online auction will be opened on April 13th at 8am through April 20th at 8pm. The highest bidder by 8pm on April 20th will win their selected items. Winners can pick-up their items at Camp Mardela before May 18th. Arrange a time to pick-up items with the camp office by emailing campmardela@gmail.com.
If you cannot physically pick-up items before May 18th, contact Camp Mardela at the email above to make alternate arrangements. Additional fees will apply if items need to be shipped.
